 Anne L. Lackey— PRESIDENT
Anne was born in Georgia, but has lived up and down the east coast. She has a background in technology sales, marketing & public relations. Her last position was as Vice President—Sales for a local technology company which she left to pursue real estate full time.
Anne’s role is to provide Investing and Property Management solutions for our customers across the nation and manages the day to day operations of Solid Source Property Management which includes working with investors and residents to provide winning solutions for all parties.

Mark S. Lackey—Vice President Mark has a background in commercial real estate facilities management and has been a Certified Facility Manager since 1994 through International Facility Management Association. He has held many positions in corporate America from CFO to sales.
He has worked as the general contractor for several homes and full renovations. Mark’s role is to be primarily responsible working with investors to establish a clear understanding of their long term investment needs and overseeing the back office operations of Solid Source Property Management.
Mark is a member of the Commercial Board of REALTORS®.

THEIR COMBINED EXPERIENCE
Both Mark and Anne are licensed Real Estate Agents and are seasoned Real Estate Investors. They personally have over 20 investment properties throughout Georgia, Florida, & Alabama.
They are active in their church, the community and real estate investment groups like Georgia Real Estate Investor Association (GaREIA). They co-lead a GaREIA geographic subgroup from 2004—2006 and still are active in the subgroup to continually gain knowledge of trends and to learn from other successful investors. They frequently speak to other investment groups and assists other Investors in building their portfolio wisely through acquisition of rental real estate.
They co-host “The Real Estate Investing Hour” every Saturday morning 11:30AM—12:30PM on WAEC Love 860AM, providing information about real estate trends and education.
